Big Sky Resort
BIG SKY, MT

Bridger Bowl Ski Area
BOZEMAN, MT
Bridger Bowl is a nonprofit ski area that has been a Bozeman staple since the mid 1940’s. Prioritizing quality, affordability, and sustainability, this hill offers a genuine community-driven experience, along with a range of terrain. What used to be a single rope-tow run has grown into a major ski area covering 2,000 acres.
Discovery Ski Area
ANACONDA, MT
For those looking to get out of town, Discovery Ski Area is the place to be. This mountain truly encapsultes what Montana skiing is all about. A variety of beginner and intermediate runs makes this mountain accessible to everyone, but what makes Discovery stand out is the steep lift-served terrain just off the north face, known to be some of the best, and most challenging, around.
Showdown Montana
WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, MT
While Showdown is one of Southwestern Montana’s smaller mountains, it is the state’s oldest and only woman-owned ski area. Different dining and retail options are available on the mountain, including a rental shop, and stay the night at one of the many cozy cabins or luxury lodges in the area. Come and experience the essence of Montana, and enjoy all the perks of a well-established ski resort.
Red Lodge Mountain
RED LODGE, MT
Red Lodge Mountain has made it their mission to deliver winter mountain fun without the crowds and sticker shock. The majority of the terrain is for the Advanced or Expert skier, but there is still plenty of space on the hill’s 1,635 acres for those looking for more leisurely skiing. Make sure to add this stop to your list because even in bad snow years, Red Lodge has the second largest capacity snowmaking system in Montana.
